Welcome to Aarsh HealthMart, the E-Commerce section of the Aarsh ReproHealth platform, operated by EndoDaylights India Private Limited(“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the platform to browse, purchase, and receive products as a buyer (“Buyer”, “you”, “your”). By placing an order or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or transacting under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.

Aarsh HealthMart operates as an online marketplace connecting Buyers with independent third-party sellers as well as its own listed products. Product quality, packaging, and regulatory compliance for seller-fulfilled items are the responsibility of the respective seller; Aarsh HealthMart facilitates discovery, checkout, and payment.

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
• In case of a genuine pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order with a full refund.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted only upon order confirmation.
• Payments may be made via the payment methods listed at checkout, including prepaid options and Cash on Delivery where available.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order on grounds such as suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or unavailability of stock.

Shipping timelines are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Order cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
• Inspect products upon delivery and report issues within the timelines specified in our policies.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and refrain from fraudulent or abusive activity, including placing fake orders or misusing Cash on Delivery.

All content on the platform, including logos, text, graphics, and product images, is the property of the Company or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

Aarsh HealthMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, delays, or product performance, except as expressly required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
